1. Do you save deductibles on Collision Work?
Yes, we are typically able to save up to $500.00 off deductibles in most collision cases. We are honored to assist in this manner!
2. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, all of our work is warranted:

3. Why does it cost more to change the color of my vehicle?
The labor involved with completely detriming a vehicle attributes greatly to the higher cost in changing a vehicles color. When changing colors on late model vehicles the vehicle has to be completely torn down and built back up to ensure that the jambs of the vehicle are painted. There are also additional materials involved in this process.
4 What are your body and paint labor rates?
Our normal labor rates for body and paint are $38.00 an hour. This does not include materials. We also offer specials on a regular basis which assists with the bottom line on Estimates.
5 Do you Sandblast?
Yes, we offer sandblasting in house.
6. Can you order parts for my car?
Yes, we have great relationships with all of the major dealers as well as after market parts suppliers. We also have the ability to offer salvage parts. It is our goal to get the parts you need for your vehicle at the best possible prices!
7. Will you paint over body work I (or someone else) already completed?
We will in most cases paint over body work performed by outside sources. However, we cannot warranty these services because we do not know the nature of the repair or materials that were involved.
8. How much does it cost to get an Estimate?
Nothing, all of our Estimates are written Free of Charge and valid for 60 Days from the date written.
9. How do I receive an Estimate?
- You can visit our Estimates Page and submit your information.
- You can call us at 770-606-0665.
- You can stop by anytime Monday- Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm or make an appointment for after hours or Saturdays.
9. Do you offer metal fabrication?
Yes, we have highly trained technicians skilled in metal fabrication.
10. Do you paint wheels?
Yes, we do offer refinishing for most wheels.
11. Can I have my vehicle towed to your location if a collision occurs if it is after hours?
Yes, if a collision occurs outside of our normal business hours you are more than welcome to have the vehicle towed to our location for repairs. All you will need to do is leave your contact information either inside the vehicle or on our answering machine so that we can contact you and get in contact with the insurance provider providing the claim service.
12. Do you sell cars?
We occasionally have owners vehicles for sale while they are being repaired. We also offer a FOR SALE page on our website for vehicles that our clients have for sale. All vehicles at our location and on our website are for sale by the owner of the vehicle and not by Southeastern Auto Works, Inc.
13. I am out of state. Can I have my classic vehicle transported to you?
Yes, we have worked on numerous classic restoration vehicles over the years that were transported here and back to their owners. We are more than happy to assist with transport any way that we can!
14. Have any of the vehicles you restored won any awards?
Yes, we are honored to have restored some very amazing vehicles many of which have won various awards at car shows and events.
We were also honored in August of 2010 to accompany a vehicle that we painted to Barrett Jackson where it sold for over $100,000 with commissions.

15. Do you only do mechanical work on the vehicles you restore or work on?
No, we offer mechanical work on most makes and models of vehicles. We have a Full Time on site mechanic to handle your mechanical needs for your vehicle.
