Classic Restorations:
At Southeastern Auto Works our restoration work is handled with care and we listen to your individual needs and wants for your vehicle. It is our goal to restore your vehicle the way you want it done and within the guidelines of what your budget will allow.
The goal is to look at your car, see what exactly it needs, talk to you and see exactly what you want for an end result. If you want a show car, we will give you a show car, if at all possible. If you want an everyday or Sunday driver we can do that too, all within your budget.
Timeline
Our Restoration jobs can take anywhere from 1 week to 180 days with our average being around 90 days.
Time frames are dependant on the extent of the work required, but we assure you that your vehicle will be worked on and not just sitting around.
Pricing
All Restoration work is priced per individual vehicle, not because we charge more than the other guys, but because most of the time we charge less.
Our prices can range anywhere from $2,500.00 for re-paint of a good solid vehicle to $25,000.00 for a top of the line show piece. Price completely depends on each individual car and the owners wants and needs for an end result.
Our average price range for the restorations you see below is around $4,000.00-$10,000.00. Vehicles in this price range are in general good solid shape, parts are supplied by the owner, and we allow the owner to pick certain specifications which can effect the price in either direction.
Vehicles that require extensive metal fabrication or frame off restorations do require an hourly charge to get to the priming stage. Our hourly rate for these services is $65.00 an hour which includes materials.
